Ask us to check or change your data.
Use this route for personal information held after a visit to the Jorkli building components catalogue, an enquiry or a support chat. You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a restriction on use without placing an order.
Name the record and the change you want.
A short, specific request is enough to begin; you do not need to quote a statute.
If you previously asked about a component, give the approximate date and the email or phone used. A receipt reference helps if you have one, but it is not required. You can describe the enquiry instead, such as a request for timber screws by box. Do not send a fresh list of private site details just to identify an old message.
The privacy notice explains the wider handling of personal data. This page provides the route to act on it. For a product specification correction rather than a personal-data issue, use contact so the catalogue question reaches the right discussion.
- Access or a copy
- Ask what personal data Jorkli holds about you, where it came from and how it is used. Specify an enquiry or chat if you only want one record. You can also ask for a portable copy where applicable.
- Correction
- Identify the detail that is wrong and provide its replacement. An outdated reply address can be corrected without resending the whole enquiry.
- Deletion
- Ask us to remove identifiable information from the relevant records. We explain any information that must be retained under an applicable exception instead of silently treating the request as complete.
- Restriction or objection
- Tell us which use you want paused or stopped, and why where that is relevant to the right you exercise. You may also ask about an advertising opt-out or withdraw a consent choice.
- Consent questions or a previous response
- Ask what your recorded choice means or request review of a response you disagree with. Include the earlier correspondence if available, without adding unrelated personal information.
Send only enough to locate your information.
The form needs your name, consent to handle this request and either a phone number or an email address.
Jorkli answers data requests within 7 days. A reply may ask for a limited identity check or explain which part of a request needs clarification. The form receipt confirms submission, not that the requested deletion or correction has already happened.
You can instead email office@jorkli.com or call +1 (647) 555-2709. Say “data request” so it is not mistaken for a new component enquiry. Using this route does not subscribe you to advertising.
Send a data request
Phone and email are individually optional. Supply at least one so we can reply. No account or identity-document upload is needed.
Do not send a passport, Social Security number, payment details or another person's full records. We ask separately if a proportionate verification step is needed. If you cannot use this form, the accessibility page explains the direct alternatives.
We check identity before releasing a record.
A data request must not become a way for someone else to obtain your enquiry history.
Where possible, use the reply address already associated with the original enquiry. If that address is no longer available, tell us rather than trying to impersonate it. We may need to match limited information from the existing record before providing a copy or making a consequential change.
Requests made by an authorized representative need enough evidence of authority for us to act on another person's behalf. We do not ask you to publish that evidence in a chat transcript. Contact us first to establish the appropriate verification route.
Within the 7-day response period, we explain the action taken, any necessary clarification or the reason we cannot fulfill a part of the request. Where an applicable law permits an exception, we identify its relevance. Asking to delete your own message does not authorize disclosure or deletion of an unrelated person's information within the same correspondence.
A correction or deletion request does not reserve goods, cancel a supply agreement or decide a product claim. Use warranty information for product concerns. You may pursue both matters, but describe them separately so the instructions are clear.
The enquiry record includes technical submission details.
Your typed message is part of the record, but it is not the only information the form records.
The form records name, phone, email, address, enquiry kind, message, requested specification and the consent tick. It also records the IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, the moment the form was rendered and the moment it was sent. Those details can help distinguish a genuine enquiry from abuse.
Support chat retains the conversation and a token in your browser so you can return to it. The consent choice is kept in browser storage under site_consent_v2; no other site setting persists that choice. There is no customer account, password, payment or card-data record from a purchase on this site because nothing is sold here.
| Record | Retention | Useful reference in your request |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiries and email copies | 24 months | Reply address, approximate submission date or receipt reference |
| Chat transcripts | 6 months | Approximate conversation date and the subject discussed |
| Server and access logs | 90 days | Page visited and approximate date, if known |
| Consent-choice record | 6 months | The browser used and the choice you want to discuss |
An older record may no longer exist after its retention period. We do not promise to reconstruct deleted information. Deleting browser storage does not itself erase a submitted enquiry or a chat transcript from server records, so send a request if you also want those records addressed.
The hosting provider serves the site and stores the enquiry database. The mail provider carries notification copies to the operator's inbox. A request about your enquiry can therefore concern both the stored submission and its email copy. Ask us which provider-held records are relevant to your request if you need to distinguish the database entry from a notification copy.
You can withdraw storage consent without sending a form.
Use Cookie choices in the footer for this browser; use a data request to ask about information already held.
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send paid traffic to jorkli.com. A landing URL can carry gclid for Google, msclkid for Microsoft or fbclid for Meta. These identifiers connect an ad click with the visit and are relevant when you ask about advertising-related information.
Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you allow storage. They are set back to denied the moment you decline or withdraw. Global Privacy Control, communicated through the Sec-GPC header, is honored as an opt-out without asking again.
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC operates Google Ads and receives the consent signals. Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd operates Microsoft Advertising; its handling is explained in the Microsoft privacy statement. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd operates Meta Ads and attaches fbclid where a campaign runs there.
Changing a browser choice controls the site's consent state; it is not a promise to erase information a platform already holds under its own policies. Ask us about site-held records here, and use a platform's privacy route for its separate records. The cookie statement explains these choices in more detail.
A privacy question does not affect your right to enquire.
Jorkli handles rights requests under applicable US state privacy law and the relevant rules for visitors from Europe.
US state privacy law applies, including California's CCPA/CPRA and the other state laws in force. Depending on the law and circumstances, rights can include access, correction, deletion, portability and opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. You may ask us which provisions apply to your request; you do not need to choose the legal basis yourself.
For visitors reaching the site from Europe, GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where the conditions for those rights are met. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We explain any limit relevant to the action requested rather than assuming every right applies in the same way.
If you disagree with a response, reply and ask for a review or appeal where applicable. You may complain to your state Attorney General and, in California, to the California Privacy Protection Agency. Visitors from Europe may complain to the relevant supervisory authority. These routes do not require an order for wholesale construction fasteners in Austin or any other catalogue line.
